Clinic/Offices | South Central Public Health District | Heyburn, ID

In 2014, Myers Anderson Architects was selected through a qualifications based process to provide complete architectural and engineering services for a new 7,600 square foot office/clinic building to serve Minidoka and Cassia counties for the South Central Public Health District. Myers Anderson worked with the administration, staff, and stakeholders to determine the specific needs of the facility in an effort to design a building that would meet the goals and vision of the district and best serve the citizens of the Mini-Cassia area.

The new facility is a masonry and wood framed building that includes seven offices, two privacy rooms, two classrooms, two self-care rooms, two exam rooms, and an expanded pharmacy and nurses station. Additionally, the facility provides offices for the Health Educator and environmental health offices. Extensive site work and landscape design were also completed as part of the project. The end result is a facility that improves the comfort and efficiency of building’s users and programs while serving the public effectively.
